Mad House Pizza works from Westlode Street in Spalding. Dough is proved in the kitchen, toppings are prepared in the morning and every pizza is baked once the order arrives rather than sitting under a lamp. Orders are taken at the counter or by telephone, boxed so they travel flat, and large orders are cooked in batches for a collection time agreed in advance. Phone during working hours and you will reach a person.
